I liked that this book was easy to read and a step by step book. It wasn't all technical and hard to understand and you don't get bored reading statistics. It was quite nteresting! I did my 24 hr detox and it actually helped me realize how much better I can feel and how it wasn't that difficult after all. I'm excited for my next detox. Read it, you'll love it.
